Is there a money back guarantee?

We have a seven day guarantee. During the first seven days of service, clients can get a full refund, no questions asked. After seven days, no refunds will be given for any reason at all.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (via 2checkout.com).

How long does it take to setup my account?

All new accounts are setup within 24 hours. They are setup manually after doing a fraud check. We do batch setups of new accounts once every 24 hours. If it has *not* been longer than 24 hours since you signed up, please do not open a ticket asking about the status of your account, as it will only cause a delay.

How much are additional IP addresses?

Starting on 01-01-12, we no longer approve dedicated IP address requests for anything other than SSL certificates. Please contact sales for more information.

Do you offer free backups?

We do full server backups once a month. Clients have the ability to make unlimited backups as often as they wish.

Where are your servers located?

We have servers in Kansas City, Missouri.

Will you transfer my site for me?

We will transfer sites if your current host is using DirectAdmin. If your current host uses cPanel, we will not do the transfer for you.

Who is ZenSix? Where are you based?

ZenSix is an independently owned company, based in Missouri (USA). There has been one owner since the beginning (March 2008) and we are cash positive. All of our support agents are based in the USA as well.
