All payments for services provided by ZenSix are due on the due date and no later. All billing cycles start on the day you signed up for service and renew on that same day each month, quarter, or year, depending on your plan. Any service with an invoice more than 24 hours past due will be suspended immediately. All clients are responsible for knowing their due date. Not receiving an e-mail invoice is not an excuse for late payment. Your due date can easily be found by logging into the client area.
Shared Hosting Policy: Any account that has an overdue invoice past 24 hours will have their service suspended. Any shared hosting account with an invoice more than 7 days past due will have their account terminated and all data will be lost.

(In most cases) All VPS servers are given an equal share of the host node's CPU. This means you will have access to all of the node's CPU cores. Any VPS using more than its fair share (a single core in most instances) will have their core access limited or receive a warning.
If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us first. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.
VPS BACKUP LIMITS:
The ability to take full server backups is available to VPS clients via the VPS control panel. Full backups require large amounts of CPU use and data transfer. For this reason we limit our free backup services to once per month. Any user who is found taking multiple backups in a 30 day period will have the backup feature suspended.
